Relaxation practice deepens your success with biofeedback, so I encourage you to make it a daily practice. Feel free to use these recordings as often as you like; they have a Creative Commons copyright which lets you use them as well as share them with others. Of course, you agree to use them in a responsible manner (e.g., don’t use them while driving or doing anything which requires alertness).
HRV BIOFEEDBACK PACED BREATHING RECORDINGS
These recordings support HRV Biofeedback resonant frequency practice. While you can simply find the pace of breath which feels most comfortable to you, it will would be even more helpful to discover your resonant frequency and then practice at that precise pace. HRV biofeedback is the only way to do that (see below). These recordings are being offered free of charge for the first time, with a Creative Commons license.
