Relaxation, meditation, and paced breathing recordings to support your self-regulation practice.
Relaxation practice deepens your success with biofeedback, so I encourage you to make it a daily practice. Feel free to use these recordings as often as you like; they have a Creative Commons copyright that lets you use them as well as share them with others. Of course, you agree to use them in a responsible manner (e.g., don’t use them while driving or doing anything that requires alertness).
I'm working on a free biofeedback relaxation exercise app for both iOS and Android. You can let me know if you'd like to hear when the app is ready:
Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback Paced Breathing Recordings
These recordings support Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Biofeedback resonant frequency practice. While you can simply find the pace of breath which feels most comfortable to you, it will would be even more helpful to discover your resonant frequency and then practice at that precise pace. HRV biofeedback is the only way to do Resonant Frequency Analysis to determine your optimal pace of breath for these recordings. If you haven’t had a Resonant Frequency Analysis performed, then you can still use the recordings below by testing different speeds out and simply working with whichever you find most comfortable.
These recordings are being offered free of charge for the first time, with a Creative Commons license.
